This is all part of our commitment to developing our people and nurture talent from within and outside the company.
In partnership with Qube, a national apprenticeship provider, this programme offers a range of qualifications focused on the specific work and tasks our staff perform. In this way, we can support our employees’ learning and development and grow a more rounded, qualified workforce.
Alison Davies is one of the many who recently signed up for the programme that is currently available in two client Distribution Centres and our Head office, although the programme will be opened to our wider employee communities. This will enable our people to further develop their skills across a wide range of disciplines.
In addition to this, we will be seeking to encourage “external” candidates to join our ranks under the more formally recognised “apprenticeship” banner. Helping to develop local talent and provide employment opportunities.
Our apprenticeship programme is one part of the overall training and development we offer at Star FM Group.
